Cynthia Christie, PMP
Over twenty years in a variety of project management and consulting roles, coupled with graduate academic study in Business Management, provides Cindy the opportunity to bring both the theory and practical experience to manage and design specialized and non-traditional programs. She has assisted organizations in all phases of business excellence. Her findings have been incorporated into IMA's library of skills used to enhance clients' businesses. As a consultant, Cindy's forte is working with operations and staff organizations to analyze, evaluate, and optimize on-going programs.
